This week we are lucky to have our amigas from Friends Catering to bring us a little bit of Cuban flair. Everyone knows they make great food, but not everyone knows they originally came to SC from Florida. Cuban food was a part of their regular menu rotation growing up, and now they are bringing a bit of that to us.

Mojo Cuban Pork

Black Beans & Rice

Plantanos Maduros (Sweet Plantains)

We will also pair a few special wines with this delicious meal.
