Everyone knows of Portuguese prowess at making fortified wines. What is less known, Portugal makes beautiful still wines as well. The same weather conditions, soil types, and winemaking traditions that make their Ports a delicious pleasure also provide the foundation for beautiful red and white wines for everyday consumption.
