We will kick off our study of specific grape varietals with one of the biggies: Cabernet Sauvignon. This tasting will offer participants the opportunity to better understand one of the world’s most prolific and popular grapes. The course will focus on understanding the characteristics of the grape and experiencing the various expressions it produces around the world. Participants will receive six wines, a personal charcuterie board, and relevant educational materials.
