In our wine tastings, we have explored single appellations, specific vineyards, and different varietals, but this will be the first time we have focused on the work of a single winemaker: Eric Jensen. The three red wines we will be tasting from his Booker collection are some of the most delicious wines I have tasted in the last year, and I can’t wait to share them with you. I could go on but I think I will let Eric speak for himself.
