Due to an embargo during The Apartheid Era, wine drinkers in the United States did not have access to the beautiful wines being produced in South Africa right as their wine industry was taking off. Therefore, South African wines are still under represented in most stores and bars around our country. It is a shame because the wines coming out of their country are unique, expressive, and delicious. We would like to give you an opportunity to taste these wonderful items with Brian Short from Pascal Schildt Selections, the premier South African wine importer serving South Carolina.
