Nothing kicks off a celebration quite like a glass of bubbly, delicious sparkling wine . Therefore, we would like to begin the holiday season with a workshop on the most elegant of all sparklers: Champagne! Not only will we taste wines from some of the best boutique producers in the region, we will also learn a great deal about the process that brings us this magical elixir, hopefully gaining appreciation for its quality and value. Additionally, we will taste some delicious, homemade holiday treats that are sure to please our palates and send our holiday spirits soaring.
